I’ve been told at least 60% of all the conversations we have are simply our own brain rattling with all kinds of thoughts. We try to avoid them to keep us from feeling lost, but to no avail. We’ve all been there.

But it’s also true that our brains are really good at filling in the blanks, and we can find ourselves saying things we never thought we’d say. One of the best ways we can make sure we don’t say something that we don’t mean is to fill in the blank. This is why it is so important to read good advice. It can give you a new perspective and give you a chance to learn, especially if you are feeling lost.

I had never thought of this, but how can you truly feel lost if you read things that you dont know? Reading good advice is a great way to get that perspective again. What I mean is that you may find yourself saying something you never thought you would, or you may find yourself saying something so weird that you cannot figure out why it made sense.

You are right, you will likely find yourself saying something that you dont know and having this experience of “feeling like crap” and just getting back to the ground you were at before you read the advice.

I think this may be one of those things that we can all relate to. A lot of people who read my articles are always so enthusiastic and upbeat that they forget to take a step back and think about how to make their own life better.

I’ve noticed that when I write advice, I feel as though I’m writing a bit of a self-help guide. I tend to write about topics that have a lot of people to talk about. But I feel that I’m writing a guide for those of us who are “people who have an opinion.” I want to know that you’re going to read it.
