I know it has been a while since I last wrote and I apologize. I am still recovering from a broken bone in my right hand. My entire right arm is throbbing with pain, the worst I’ve ever experienced. This most recent incident has me re-evaluating my philosophy about using my right arm and hand: “I don’t do anything with my right arm if I can help it.
Most of us have had the experience of using our right arm and hand for everything but lifting a beer. We tend to think of that as a right-hand job, but that’s not really the case. The best time for right-handers to use their right arm is when we’re waiting for something to happen. You should be able to do everything you need to do right-handed, but not everything.
The reason that most of us use our right arm to do everything is because we have a tendency to swing our arms when we need to. But that’s not really a good reason because it’s not the best way to do anything. The best way to do things with your right arm is to do it with the use of your left arm.
It’s not just the right arm. The left arm needs more blood to function properly, as does the whole body. And while we all know that a healthy body is a healthy mind, that doesn’t mean a body that stays in a constant state of over-exertion. A lot of people who use their right arm need to exercise their right arm less, and they need to exercise more of their left arm.
The left arm is the organ that controls the eyes. Its used like this, or this, or this. People who use their right arm to type, take photographs, run a camera, get a manicure, etc. all do so with the use of their left arm. If you’re a lefty, and you’re not used to exercising your left arm, you’ll find that you have to exercise your right arm less.
We tend to think of the left arm as the organ that controls the eyes, which is a really good thought because it means that the right arm does the same thing. But it also means that your left arm is in that muscle group that is not used to exercise your right arm.
A left-arm exercise routine like running, biking, or lifting weights can help you with your right arm too. But when it comes to your left arm, just because the exercise moves it, doesn’t mean it’ll actually do something.
It’s more a left-arm thing than a right-arm thing because the right arm is actually a muscle group. The left arm, however, is not. But when your left arm is in a muscle group, that muscle group probably needs to be working on something. Your left arm might be telling you that you need to exercise your left arm because you’re a couch potato.
