why do my legs hurt when i lay down

0

For me, sitting on the toilet is the most annoying thing in the world. Unless I have a very good reason to stay seated, my legs become the first thing to go. The rest of my body is often left to catch up. While the rest of my body is still getting used to the stress of the stool, my legs are still too busy holding onto the back of my chair to notice.

The reason I’m sitting on the toilet is because I’m also sitting on my bed, so I’m pretty much sitting on both my legs at once. My legs and my body are a lot more intertwined than I realized.

As you probably know, while you’re sitting on the toilet, your body is still in a lot of pain. Your legs hurt, you’re tired and you have a sore back. I’m not trying to minimize your pain or fatigue, but I’m trying to explain that your body is still in a lot of pain.
