The Dance work is a type of trance that is associated with the Japanese artform of Taijutsu. It involves martial arts, specifically karate, which are an ancient Japanese art form. Taijutsu involves using your body as a primary, albeit limited, tool to make a specific physical appearance.
The Trance Work is not a martial art. There’s no rule that says that if your body can’t do something, it can’t do it. As for the physical appearance, it’s like a more subtle variation on the dance art. There are a number of moves in the Dance Work that make a specific physical appearance, most prominently the “punching” move.
It seems as if the Trance Work is more of a dance, or a more subtle variation on the traditional Japanese arts. I would say, as artists, we may as well have a good time with it. And I would say that this is exactly how it should be. If the body can do the dance, we can do the trance work.
The trance work is a dance-like exercise, but also a movement of the body. It’s a great exercise for the dance-artist, but also good for the fitness-applicant. It’s a good way to take your body from sitting to standing, but also a great way to move your body and your hips.
Trance work is not to be confused with dance work. Dance work is a movement of the body. Trance work is a movement of the mind.
