The most basic form of self-awareness is knowing what you want or need, and then giving it to yourself. This is the whole reason we talk about the importance of self-esteem. It is so important that many people don’t even have it until they are in their late teens and early twenties.
It is more important to understand yourself than to understand the world around you. But, as we all know, the world around us is not always the world that we know or understand. The world around us is constantly changing. It is constantly changing so that we are constantly changing. We are constantly changing our beliefs, our values, our thoughts, and so on. We need to understand that and be able to change what we think and what we want.
The idea here is that we are all constantly changing. We change. We change our values, our beliefs, our thoughts, and our behaviors. We change our ways of communicating. We change our perspectives on how we look at the world around us. We change the things we eat, the things we drink, the way we dress, the things we wear. We change our relationships with each other and with the world.
We don’t have to like what we see. We don’t have to like it. We do have to understand it. But we do have to be able to deal with it before we can change it.

When we try to change ourselves, we are trying to change something of which we are not capable. It is not our power, the power in our hands, that causes us to change (though it is that very power which causes us to change). It is the ability to change ourselves that causes us to change.
One of the benefits of this mindset is that we are usually more willing to confront and change our own behavior. But of course, this doesn’t make it any less hard to do. The problem is that we tend to think that change is something that comes easily and naturally, but it’s actually something that takes hard work and a lot of mental exertion. I know a lot of people who really love to change, but they don’t realize that they need to work at it.
Self-awareness is one of those mental attributes that we can’t quite explain, but it’s a trait that can be hard to achieve.
