If you’re in this phase, you are ready to step into the world you created and accept the world as it is. It’s a nice thought to share as you’re learning to be mature, but the reality is that you have to be ready for it every single day. You have to be self-aware of your own wants and needs and to be honest with yourself about your values.
What is maturity? Its the realization that we have to be ready for all circumstances so we can live in a world we created. That we have to be ready to say no to things that are not in our best interest. To refuse to eat when we don’t want to, to say no to certain activities we don’t want to do.
