You know I’m a big fan of laying down on your couch when you’re not going to get up for some reason, and I’m more than willing to do it. I could sleep on the floor, but I feel like that’s a bit of a cheat. I prefer to lay down on your couch or on the floor and just rest. I do like to stretch afterward for a bit, though. That’s where my legs hurt.
This is why I like to take a little break after I finish a long workout because I tend to go limp. Not sure if it’s the stretching I do, but I’m pretty sure it is. I guess I just feel like I have the body to do it, so I feel like its just the way I am.
I think I have a few ideas on how to deal with this. First one would be to have it be a good long stretch after a good workout. That is something I am thinking about for our legs today, and Im sure as hell going to try it out. A second idea would be to just lay on a floor and sleep. I like to sleep on a floor and just relax.
A third idea would be to just stay in bed and wait for the pain to go away. Ive noticed that I can just get into bed and be as good as new (and in better shape) in about 10 minutes.
I dont know about everyone else, but today I feel like a new person. The pain is gone and I feel like I am a lot less heavy.
