Some of us start this journey feeling overwhelmed and scared at the idea of trying something new. You know those butterflies? I know you’re starting to feel that way too.
The truth is, you’re not alone. If you’re starting this journey without any prior plans, you’re going to feel overwhelmed and scared. If you’ve been doing something for a while, you might get a little overwhelmed and scared thinking about what you have to do. I know because I feel that way. Every time I walk into a new apartment, I have a sense that it is completely and totally different from the one I’ve been living in. And I don’t like it.
The good news is that you dont have to be a complete and total horror show to take advantage of i could see it on your face. It means that your emotions are not in check. Even if your feelings are not in check, you can still use it to your advantage. For example, if youre feeling sad or disappointed, you can use it to your advantage to say, “Hey, I know youre not feeling this right now, but I can feel it in my chest.
I could see it on your face means I could see it on your face that you had been feeling something. That you thought about what you were thinking before you acted. That you were feeling a certain way even before you did something. That you were just talking about something before you acted. That you were just thinking about something before you acted. That you were just looking at something before you acted. That you were just thinking about something before you acted.
When we think about what makes us feel, we often describe it as “feeling good,” “feeling bad,” or “feeling anxious.” But what does it really mean to feel “good”? Well, according to neuroscience, the feeling of “good” is actually an emotion called motivation.
Motivation is the driving force behind our behavior. It’s the feeling of our internal brain saying that we want to do something. When we feel motivated, we’re eager to act. When we feel motivated, we don’t want to let other people hold us back from doing what we want. When we feel motivated, we’re likely to pick a new hobby, get up and dance a little, or start an exercise routine more often.
I like watching people’s faces as they react to what I say, and I’m not just talking about anger and fear. I’m referring to the reaction to things that feel good. I see women smile when I say I’m going to be late to a job interview, and I see men smile when I say I’m going to get a raise.
What we see is that we react to those things that feel good by being willing to let go of what we were doing and just do it. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it’s just a choice. If you can’t let go of the past you’ll be stuck in that same old pattern of reacting to happy things.
A lot of times when we react to things that feel good, it’s because we feel like we have to. If you are doing something that feels good to your body, then you want to put it out there and let it do its thing. If you are doing something that feels good to you, then you want to be able to say its okay.
We may not be able to change what happened in our past, but we can move on. By doing so we can create a future that doesn’t repeat the same pattern. We can choose to see the path that we want instead of the path that we are on.
