One of the most important changes that I made after coming to Buddhism was that I stopped worrying about my actions and started having a happy habit of it. I have a number of habits including eating a healthy diet, being a good friend, and being respectful to everyone around me. I think having a happy habit of it is a more powerful tool for self-awareness.
If we don’t have a happy habit of it, we can’t really control our actions and thus our life. Because it’s hard to control your habits, we can’t really control our actions either. We can only control our actions with the help of a positive habit of it.
Being friendly, respectful, and healthy are all habits that help us to identify and control our thoughts and emotions. Self-awareness is more about how we react to ourselves and others. Self-awareness is about noticing when we are not acting in the way we want to, and when we are acting the way we want to. Self-awareness is about being aware that we are not alone in our thoughts and feelings.
A couple of weeks ago I had a conversation with a friend about how some people are not actually aware of their thoughts and feelings. I had said that I thought a lot of people who really seem to be self-aware are pretty self-centered, but that wasn’t really the topic of the conversation. This one was. Our friend said she was a lot more aware of her own thoughts and feelings, and that I should be too.
People often think of self-awareness as being quite self-centered. But that’s not what self-awareness is about. Self-awareness is about being aware that you are not alone.

That’s because our thoughts and feelings are connected to our heart and soul, and that’s something that can be hard to look at when you’re not connected to it.

If youre not aware that youre alone in your mind, then youre not aware of anything in your life. Thats because youre not aware of the fact that you are not alone in your life. The key here is that if your mind is not aware that you are not alone, then you are not aware of any of your thoughts and feelings.
I think this is the key to happiness. Having a clear awareness of where you are in your life, and where you are not, has been shown to lead to better relationships and happiness. So if you want to be happy you need to be sure you are aware of where you are at in your life and where you are not.
