A lot of people think of apple cider vinegar when they think of their bodies, but really, it’s not like they’re not using it at all. The body is incredibly alkaline and this is why. When your body is alkaline for a long period of time, your body produces a lot of acid. If you’re eating too much sugar, acid, or processed foods, this is what will be released into your body.
This is a very general statement, but I think the main reason why the body is so acidic is because the body isn’t getting enough alkalinity. When the body is alkaline, it produces this acid, and the body is producing the acid because of the alkaline effect. The body doesn’t get all the alkalinity it needs from the body, which explains why the body is so acidic.
I know this is a general statement, but it makes sense. While your alkalinity level is fine, too much acid can cause some types of illnesses. Some types of acidity are too acidic, and this can result in diarrhea, stomach upset, headaches, and so on. Other types of acidity can cause inflammation.
This is good to know, but it doesn’t explain why apple cider vinegar is acidic. I suspect that the acidity is caused by the apple cider vinegar being consumed and the body producing the acid to counteract it. I’m sure that apple cider vinegar can be consumed in moderation, but if you are on an extreme acidity diet, there’s a good chance that you aren’t going to get much alkalinity.
I am not suggesting that you have to have apple cider vinegar on hand, but you should definitely keep at least a bit of it on hand if you are on an extreme acidity diet. This will allow your body to produce alkalinity in the presence of the acidity caused by the acidity of the apple cider vinegar you are consuming.
If you are on an extreme acidity diet you could also consume it to relieve any headache caused by acidity. Since theres no actual scientific study to back up this claim it’s purely anecdotal, but I have seen people on an extreme acidity diet that were able to drink apple cider vinegar while still feeling well.
This one is a bit more of a stretch. People have been drinking apple cider vinegar as a cure for herpes for at least 100 years. I know for certain that some people drink it as a treatment for herpes, while others drink it as an acidity-reducing remedy. You simply need to drink it with caution and at its highest possible concentration.
If you want to find out if apple cider vinegar is a cure for herpes, go to your local health food store and ask for the apple cider vinegar handbook. You’ll probably find that it will tell you that it’s a cure, but not why.
I also know for certain that you can buy a bottle of apple cider vinegar online. But that won’t get you herpes unless you already have a herpes virus in your body. While it does have some healing properties, apple cider vinegar is not going to cure herpes, which is why it’s best to stay away from that stuff in the first place.
This is one of the biggest reasons why I like to have an anti-viral medication: You are unlikely to get herpes from a bottle of apple cider vinegar. I also like to give myself a few days notice before I use any anti-viral medication because I want to be sure I am not accidentally putting myself at risk while I’m on it.
